Wiring Harness Manufacturing Facility

Well, we’re now well and truly settled into our wiring harness manufacturing facility.

Many of the suppliers that helped create our amazing environment have been desperate to produce case studies of their work, the latest company’s feature below.

System Store Solutions approached us first. We were extremely satisfied with their service, so of course, we said yes and put a date in the diary. The images below show the fit-outs of our wiring harness workshops. All cabinets and workbenches were manufactured by Fami, System Store Solutions long term partner. In total their installation included our five workshop bays, vehicle bay, goods in/stores area, and our inspection/quality control department. The whole installation was seamless and took around three weeks to complete. They also helped create an innovative lighting solution by creating a bespoke framework for our workbench illumination. We found the company excellent to work with and their products have played a key role in creating a perfect working environment for wiring loom manufacture.

Next in line were Robus. We initially used a lighting designer to work out the optimum lumen for our wiring harness facility.

With this information, we approached our electrical contractor Stanton & Stubs to help find the ideal lighting solution. They suggested Robus, based on Stanton & Stubs excellent work we felt this to be a good recommendation. We were put in contact with the local Robus area sales manager Matthew Shelling, he provided samples and advice. After some initial discussion, we felt happy to award the project to Robus and let work commence. We needed a bright daylight-balanced lighting solution, that minimised fatigue. This is to ensure our production team have the very best environment for manufacturing intricate cable assemblies, wiring harnesses and high voltage systems. Our Robus lighting solution includes a variety of products including the Atmos, Stellar, eagle, Kingston and Baron. Robus ticked every box in terms of specification, quality, appearance, value and delivery on time. All the things we look to achieve in our business.
