Design & Prototyping         Manufacturing          Inspection & Test          Commissioning          Ongoing Support INSPECTION   The need for line inspections are initially identified during the design process and finalised during the build of the prototype assembly. Final inspection entails following the written COPs and checking over thirty points under many different headings.   Validation of circuitry and  insulation is carried out using a Cirris test kit configured to check up to 1536 points.  A back-up Cirris tester is also available.   All inspection processes are carried out by suitably qualified staff.
